Congrats on your weight loss, keep up the good work! Glad you are deciding to do this the healthy way! Don't get me wrong if lipo makes your mom feel better about herself I'm all for it but I don't believe it's a replacement for eating well and exercising. Have you tried getting in some exercise before work? I know it stinks getting up any earlier than you have to but I find if I exercise before I go to work I don't have the entire day to talk myself out of it. Let me know how I can help support you.

I think the last 10 lbs are the hardest! Don't get discouraged you've proven you can do this you've already lost more than 15% of your total body weight which is amazing. Keep tracking and don't give up you've come this far now finish it :smile:

All I can say is sometimes you just have to do it! The motivation will come after you get back into your routine.
