I confess that I ate HORRIBLY for lunch today (pizza, peanut butter cups and a coke)- I am an emotional eater and have gone through a ROUGH few weeks...if I had more to eat I would have binged on food probably....I know that is horrible.

That is the reason for this post...I feel if we can vent, get out some of what is affeting us..then we can take a step in the right direction towards correcting our error and support each other. Kind of like FREE THERAPY!!! I hope more people use this forum and this thread to vent, talk outloud even to themselves, and…
