  • I don't know if this helps or not, but I just read an interesting article that hopefully was UNbiased about the whole low carb vs. low fat diets Here's the link There's A LOT of nutritional information out there and it depends on who is pushing it, but the overall ideas is that it has to work for you (personally) and…
  • Ah! Thank you so much!! Perfect! I have another quick question: why do some people write "bump" as a reply to certain topics... are they agreeing and giving a fist bump or something? Again, I apologize for being such a newbie at this kind of stuff....
  • Wow! I've got to start lifting more weights... you all are so inspiring! I am 5'3" and just stared a few weeks ago - no before and after yet (at least not that really show any difference! - other than just being happier and not so bloated feeling!) Keep sharing this thread is great!

  • I have been at a stalemate/plateau for a little while. I love to walk and jog from time to time. I think it's funny how some people find cardio boring where as I think lifting is hard to enjoy. I am willing to learn though and try new stuff - why not?! It could be the thing to get the scale moving again. Any tips or advice…
