You've got this! The fact that you are on MFP is a great start. Keep logging and keep moving slowly toward your goal. I don't know the conversion between stone and pounds but maybe set a smaller goal that you can achieve faster, say like losing five pounds.

Maybe carry a small note pad and write down everything you eat every day sort of like you are recording in MFP. That's what I do when no internet access for multiple days. Just the fact that I have to write it down keeps me somewhat on track.

Just something I do almost every day. I make a list and write down exercise and stretching and then check it off. Maybe take classes so it helps to have a set time to be at gym. I would recommend spin shoes. Not only do they help with knee/foot alignment and pulling on the upstroke I find due to their stiffness that they support my whole foot (my running shoes tend to flex quite a bit).
