Completed the squat challenge. Will do the fit test later in the week. So far so good on my 3 goals and I'm on track.

Hi all! If there's still room, I'd like to join. This will be my first challenge. My weekly goals will be: 1) run at least 4x a week 2) do strength training at least 3x a week (minimum 80 minutes) 3) stay within my calorie goal 6 out of 7 days
