I have a problem breaking out on my back and neck. I use my exfoliating face wash on it and that helps. I also use witch hazel to help take care of breakouts. it works a lot but I find if you use it a lot it dries skin out. so find a lotion that is good for oily skin.

It is harder now. But just try to eat reasonable portioned meals with meat and veggies. And have healthy snacks like yogurt, fruits, nuts, and such. I remember when the doctor told dad to eat better and lower his cholesterol and such. I worked my butt off trying to find healthy foods to cook that weren't boring. You know what he did? Took two bites and then went and made himself a bowl of cheerios and got a fudge pop and ate those...every night... Finally I gave up.

I think sometimes you just have to see where you feel the best. I have been from 100lbs to 180lbs. And I know that the healthiest I ever felt was right around 130 to 140 lbs. So that is what I am going for. I don't ever want to be skinnier than 130 again because for me it felt too skinny and I didn't feel as healthy.

It is hard to say since everyone is different. When I weigh around 130lbs I still wear a size 8 and I am 5"7' But all my weight is in the lower half of my body. So it would take a lot for me to fit in a 6. I'm 177lbs right now and wear a size 16.

This is hard. If our bodies just revert to that age then 25 or 26 before I had stomach problems. But if we are going back in time then I want to stay at 30 because I love my fiance and my life.

Here is my opinion when it comes to fashion. It is your body. If you like something, wear it! Don't ask other people's opinions. Wear what makes you happy. And if people don't like it, well people don't matter. So who cares?

It is a better choice than coffee. It is nice to have a little break from just water sometimes and green tea is a great choice for that. But it isn't going to help you burn fat.

I enter and save all the meals I regularly make. That way it is pretty easy. I have everything already saved, just select my 3 meals and 2 snacks I plan on eating that day every morning and done.
