Thanks, @mram3582! I didn't realize that MFP controlled the calories. Hmmmmm? I've always put the calorie goal in myself - at least I know I've changed it a couple of times. I'll have to check that out. Golly, I hate to give up some calories, but I may have to in order to get off this plateau.

Starshine15 Weigh in week 4 July 16 PW: 180 CW: 180 I on a plateau, for sure. I'm either going to have to up my exercise or lower my daily calories. Good news is that I've lost 2 inches overall from my swimming. Yay for that!
