My NSV is that the other day I was at a concert and decided to buy a new shirt there. Whereas I would normally be looking at the Medium/Larges.... I had to buy a small! Blew my mind. Love it.

Try not to let things like that cloud your mind. Just focus on a calorie deficit + exercise for health, and you will burn the fat all in due time.

If you don't have a specific medical reason to stay away from sugar, you really don't need to worry about it. I pretty much never look at my sugar intake and I'm losing weight steadily as expected :smile:

Last week I mentioned I hit my goal weight for this challenge of 156, a week ahead of schedule. Today's weigh in was only a loss of .4lb but I'm quite pleased with my progress having lost 8.4lb over the course of this challenge :smile: Great job everyone! Let's keep the momentum going through the new year ya? :)

Personally i would chalk it up to a fluctuation since it was a 2 pound difference that happened overnight. Log it if you want but don't be discouraged if tomorrow you're up a pound or something. My weight fluctuates daily so I only log it once a week.

I adjust every 10lb lost and it's been working very well for me.

Based of my own personal experience I don't think so. What I have noticed is that I might eat a little more in the week before my period, but then usually one or two days during it I'm actually not very hungry at all, so it ends up balancing out and I stay on track.

At 154 I will be out of the "overweight" BMI category, so that's my goal for now, but at 150 is when I'll actually be recalculating as I genuinely can't remember the last time I was that weight, so I'm not at all sure how I'll feel about what I see in the mirror at that point!

My worst excuse probably is simply "I just don't feel like it right now" when it comes to exercising haha. I run every other day, but since it's about the only thing I do right now, when I want to skip a day I feel pretty guilty.
