Hey, I'm training for my first half marathon up in Edinburgh, I got a training plan with ASICS, they get you to type in a recent race result that you've done, what time you want to do the 1/2 marathon in and when it is, you can then edit the plan quite easily and switch days round. Hey everyone! I'm Zara living down in Kent. Only been running for about 3 months currently doing 4 miles rather slowly and I've signed up for the Edinburgh half marathon at the end of May a couple of days ago.

Hey I'm here, had to have a break of a month as I overdid it and nearly killed my shins back up and running again for the last 3 weeks and I've now made it to 5k taking 40 1/2 minutes.

Hey, just finished W4D3 yesterday, did a bit extra at the end just as a confidence boost to convince myself that I can do W5D3 when it comes up next week kind of half excited half scared for that one.

I've been big since my teens but the aha moment came when I was taking part in a 5km "run" where I could only run about a minute and could see my friends wanting to run the rest and my body just couldn't do it, now on here and lost 11 of 76 lbs and into week 3 of c25k.
