So, when I went thought this the first time with the PT - we didn't go through the full set of reps. And each one I could do - with modifications on my stance etc. So, I've got it too heavy. Thanks everyone.

I do have goals: I've taken up ice skating, and I want to be reasonable at that (no olympic dreams) - but that's only once a week.
