You should consult with your doctor and possibly get a referral to a diet specialist due to the thyroid issue.

I'm 5'1. I'm set at 1690 for a 1lb a week loss while breastfeeding a toddler. Not needing many calories is just a sucky fact about being a short person.

Still nursing my two year old and ttc. Feel free to add me.

Lately I just pop some tylenol, workout, do some relaxing yoga, then cry in the shower later.

He gets mad because you don't want to eat something? That sounds controlling.

Carrot juice, oatmeal, and soy are good for your milk supply. Drink tons of water. And don't worry about it for two more months. Enjoy the fourth trimester with your baby.

say thank you to the compliments and tell them their opinion on your food choices isn't wanted and to keep it to themselves. Unsolicited advice or comments is rude and deserves a total shutdown response. Love yourself enough to demand respect and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Are they actively sabotaging you or just not making the same lifestyle changes?

Squats, lunges, and step-ups. I'm built like the freaking kardahians... No matter how much I diet that thing is going nowhere. Your best hope is to shape it and embrace it.

There's a million posts about this. Do a forum search.

Probably not going to be popular, but here goes. I wouldn't say anything and would put some distance in the relationship. You said you aren't close to him and he's displaying obsessive paranoid behavior while also potentially going through a divorce. Unless I'm super close to someone I back away from "abnormal behavior"…

You already know how to lose the weight. You said as much and your issue is really just self control. Get a therapist, find an overeaters anonymous group, go through your kitchen and donate everything that you know is bad for you but chose to buy anyways in a moment of weakness. Find a grocery delivery service or…

You need to see your doctor and have your blood iron levels tested. Are you taking a b12 supplement?

Tare option is a must. It's also cleaner to weigh an entire fruit or vegetable then subtract the peel or tare the cutting board…

Call your ob. Tell them you need a comprehensive eating plan for your pregnancy or a referral to a dietician who can provide one.

Great job on losing 54 pounds! Ask your doctor for a referral to a dietician or weight loss clinic. How long did it take you to lose the 54 pounds? With that kind of success I'm surprised your doctor felt the need to give you a calorie restriction since whatever you're already doing is working.

Oh no! Call bowflex. They have great customer service and may be able to send you a replacement part instead of you having to but a whole new one.

Still bf at 22 months. I'm just now able to drop to 1600 without feeling like I'm dying and can manage on 1400 some days. Try for an overall weekly goal instead of daily. My child still nurses 2-5 times a day and overnight.

Agree with pp, Amy's kitchen. Sweet earth also makes great burritos.

So almonds and carrot sticks? That's the black swan diet.

I've been counting it as 250 calories. 20 Month old who nurses 4-6 times a day and on demand all night long. I dropped below 1600 calories a day about 10 days ago with no effect on my supply. I am small in stature so this number is safe for me.
