Really surprised more of us don't seem to be up to doing the challenges this week. Or is it just a case of not recording it on the spreadsheet yet? Please let me know if you're having trouble accessing the spreadsheet. I really don't mind entering info for you!! Team 6 is really kicking our butts here!!!

Looks like it's all there for you. Great week !
-
Ok. Let me know if you need me to enter your data in for you!

I agree Lesley!!!

So I finally remembered to wear my weighted vest on my walk today. I filled it with the maximum weights (20 lbs) and could barely lift it to put on. What a powerful reminder of how I used to be! How could I have had 3 times that amount on my body and still move at all????? After the first 5 minutes of the walk I was…

@lbenson2006 Love your photos Lesley! Looking fantastic and I bet you feel great too after all that progress! @llmg970 Hope you had a wonderful anniversary evening Laura! Hope you're feeling better soon! @jazzypdx Very brave to be carting those heavy boxes up those stairs!

@RoseTheWarrior You have achieved so much Rose! I have a love/hate relationship with the BMI. I'm actually very comfortable with the weight I'm at now for my height but it keeps saying I'm overweight. I know I shouldn't let it bother me but I do know I'll feel really good when I get in the "normal" range. (Whatever normal…

I just have to say how amazing this team is! So inspired by all of you! This week looks interesting! Really not sold on the yoga thing but I'm planning to try this week's video. The added weight challenge I find really intriguing. Although I've basically stayed at the same weight so far this challenge, I would like to try…

I am going to aim for more sleep. At least 6 1/2 hrs per night. My Fitbit will help me see if I'm doing that. So far so good. I'll count 5/7 nights as success but hope I can do 7.

I do feel very fortunate to have such a committed group of ladies on our team. I think some of our success can be attributed to how active our team discussion thread is. There is constant sharing and so many ways we are supporting each other. They are truly a blessing!

Accountability info can be posted either on the progress pics announcement or the pre assessment announcement. No pics necessary on either!

Fantastic job this week ladies! There's still a bit of confusion regarding the accountability challenge so I'll wait until later tonight or early tomorrow morning to do the final tally but right now we're sitting at 984 points for this week!!! Really surprised that everyone did the Yoga challenge (which I felt quite…

Ok team! Just checked the spreadsheet and at this moment, we are 55 challenge points behind team 6! Please remember to update the spreadsheet after you have completed your challenges! Keep that awesomeness flowing!!! :)

Having to slow down a bit today. Have been in denial that I was getting a cold and today it set in big time. Will try to do as much activity as I can. Would go for a walk but the weather here is so miserable. We are doing well in the activity area but more team members need to do and post the challenges this week! Let's go…

So awesome to read that Gayle! Yes I agree sharing it with us is very motivating. Accountability is key! Congrats!
-
Don't have any pictures from the beginning of this challenge and didn't record measurements but I recently shared this before/after pic with my team. The before pic is from June 2014 but I got heavier after that (just no photo of me at that size) and the after pic is from a few weeks ago. I have lost almost 60 lbs since…
-
Yes we are! We're doing amazingly! However to keep our lead we all need to make an effort to complete as many challenges as possible. Lesley's right. Team 6 is killing us in the challenges. Let's finish these last couple of weeks strong!!!! Use whatever competitive edge you have to help yourself and your team!!!! Go team…

I got hooked back on to tuna fish pitas again after the fish challenge last week. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed tuna. Still had some left this week so I tried adding a bit of curry to my tuna mixture and it was quite nice. Made me think I was eating something a little exotic! Lol
-
Oh no Gayle!!! That's terrible! So sorry to hear that. So awesome that you still have that zest to keep going!!! What a team of dynamic ladies we have here!!!
-
Team 1. 16 members. 817 points this week.

@Nikon901 I'm excited for you when the day comes and you can look back at your post here and think about how things used to be! Save a copy of that post! You have a great attitude. Use it to keep challenging yourself. (In a safe reasonable manner of course. ). I sense an inspiring before after story here. I'm cheering for…
-
@farmerpam1 Just saw your post there too. So I added your 10 points on our spreadsheet. Yay!
-
@jazzypdx I see that you have posted your accountability statement on the thread for last weeks challenge so I put in your 10 points under that column for you. Hope you don't mind! Every point helps us at this time.
-
Team one still waiting for a few members to have access to a computer to do spreadsheet. And yes, I do offer to post it for them...Hope to have final tally for week 5 by late tonight or early tomorrow morning...
-
Team 6 is beating us by 142 points! Please post if you have done any of the challenges!! Kettleball only takes 11 minutes. Posting accountability takes even less time!
-
Yes. Insane. But team 6 is crushing us with the roadblocks and accountability challenges! Kettleball and posting accountability are easy points! Hopefully the rest of us will do and post by tomorrow evening!
-
Ok. Legs are wobbly but I did it. 10 miles outside in blustery snow today! Had my husband drop me off 3 times at the north end of town so most of my walk would have the blowing snow behind me!! Never would have dreamed of doing that without a team behind me that I didn't want to let down. Lesson learned: definitely going…
-
No problem @bm1409 . That roadblock is a doozy! The weather today is brutal. Especially with the blowing wind and snow. Yuck. My hubby is about to drive me to the most northern point in our town and I'm going to walk back. Hopefully rack more minutes and miles! Really have to get myself a treadmill!!
