Hi there, I'm trying to lose about 10 lbs myself.... But I'm also trying to build muscle. I work out about 5 times per week and love the motivation on this site:) I try to eat right and track all my calories, but the weekends seem to get me!

Sounds cool! I've heard of intermittent fasting, but for now I'm so new I'm just tracking calories:) I really love martial arts!
