As far as I understand its just calories in and calories out.... so for me, I am lifting a lot and need to eat a ton. But honestly I guess I'm trying to be more supportive than anything because I am not expert...lol...........what these other people said sounds good!

Yes!! I've suffered from a lot of anxiety and all types of exercise has helped me so much. It becomes my happy place.... my sanctuary. I can sort out my thoughts and get a clearer picture on my issues. So for me its been amazing!!

I'm doing that now for the first time and I completely agree. I'm not that good at this food thing so far. I work out like a fiend, and feel like I'm gaining some size. I'm am also afraid about the fat gain that I might be getting.

Thats awesome! That is my plan to. I started running a few years ago and just got skinny with no muscle tone at all. Then a couple of years ago I started lifting and finally for the first time saw a little bit of muscle. Now I'm hooked and anxious to see what I really can do.

I love having active friends that are making things happen!! Right now my goal is to gain more muscle.... so I guess I'm bulking for the first time in my life. At least on purpose...haha

I drank it for years!! Then I realized after having heart surgery how bad it really was for me and it goes against everything fitness. The only way I found to quit, was going cold turkey. I have not officially been to a doctor about this subject and may or may not since I have no insurance. But I do believe anything is possible. I love your ideas and think about that often.
