Our kitties run when sexy time starts. They want no part of that.

OMG that's so f-ing cute!!!

Ongoing issue. For some reason MFP and Fitbit don't seem to get along.

Innocence Kids today learn about and have exposure to things that in the 70s and 80s, when I was a kid, we never would have known about. Secrets were kept more secret. There weren't any sex videos going viral, there weren't dating sites for married people. Kids can search for and find anything. Sometimes they know more…

I've had low carb fat bombs. If you need recipes search for keto or LCHF fat bombs to get the recipes. They can be pretty filling. I wouldn't do a nestle crunch if it involves a candy bar. The ones you want should not have high carb ingredients.

My 2 cats take turns sleeping with my husband and me. KitKat sleeps at my head all night and Snicker comes in later and curls up under the blanket against my legs. When my husband leaves for work, Snicker sleeps up against his pillow. We call it the family bed. Room for everyone :D

No matter how "healthy" I get, how many meds I take, how many therapists I see, I always have a plan in the way way back of my mind. Just in case. Not considering it either but glad to know I'm not the only one.

I haven't tried many flavors because they're a bit pricey to be testing (2/$5) but I love the double chocolate chunk and it can keep me full for hours. The only other bar that I've found with low carbs is Power Crunch, but they have very little fiber and are not nearly as filling as quest bars. I usually buy 2 a week and…

That's great. We usually go for a month before we go away. It definitely gets expensive. I've never gotten a spray tan, but I might have to try one for a wedding next spring.

Another short woman here. I'm 5'4" weigh 172. MFP recommends I eat 1260 calories per day. I'm satisfied every day eating less than that. If you eat the right foods, you feel full. I eat bacon and eggs for breakfast. Some type of protein, lately it's been pastrami, for lunch, cheese as a snack, protein and a veggie for…

I use LA express, you can get it at Bed Bath and Beyond, Harmon or Ulta. They make one with a bronzer and one without. Not too heavy of a smell. My husband uses it and he's pretty particular. The smell is strong when I first get out of the bed but fades pretty fast. @JessicaJS23 that is so interesting about the proteins. I…

Do not settle. You are worth more than that. Be happy, be healthy, be by yourself and the other things will fall into place. Don't settle for not in love when madly in love could be around the corner.

It does get easier. It's important to pick the right foods. Like @DetroitDarin said, I get full much more quickly on way less food. I eat 2oz of pastrami and that fills me up where I used to eat a full sandwich with double the meat on 2 slices of bread and could still eat more. I eat Low Carb High Fat, and I'm almost never…

There is some really good advice here. As a former workaholic and career coach, I'd like to add more. If you use outlook, or any other shared calendar program, block out time for lunch every day. Even if you don't take it or use it, this will also keep people from scheduling things at lunch because they know you're always…

Oh man, I freakin love pumpkin pie.

That time between when I wake up and when I go to bed..... Really just the last hour before I go to bed.

Go for it. And enjoy it!

Awesome birthday :) same as mine, although I'll be a bit older on mine! What meds are you taking for your hypothyroid? I originally started with synthroid, but had to add another one, cytomel in order to get it completely in check. And it still gets monitored. I eat a LCHF diet > 50 carbs 1000-1200 calories, and exercise…

I've gained 8 pounds on a good vacation. Everything is different , we don't have as much control. I dropped 7 pounds the week I came home. My body didn't want the weight.

I eat between 1000-1200 a day with 25-50 carbs per day. Breakfast lunch and dinner and any snacks are meat or cheese related. I personally do this bc I am Prediabetic. If you don't have health issues, you may want to start out by cutting back on intake and tracking. 800 calories is way to little for most people. What does…

Great job and thank you for volunteering to serve our country!

My husband and I started the C25K yesterday. We are 46 and 49 respectively. I've been exercising regularly most of my adult life and regularly for over a year so I would consider myself to be in fair to decent shape. Husband has a very active job but doesn't exercise but he is still in fair shape. We were both pooped…

I used to think so, but not anymore.

You missed renaissance festival. The New York Ren Faire just started. My favorite!

Echoing the others, it can be frustratingly slow. I'm in the exact weight range, and I was 172, then went to 175, back to 172, this morning 173.5. But I ate Chinese food last night. I know I'm retaining water, and almost TOM, so I really need to be vigilant, and by the middle of the week I should be back on track.

Forgot about the tingling. Still get a tiny bit of that. Hair didn't fall out though. My kidney functions were fine till last year till they got messed up from another drug last year.

I've been taking topamax for 10 years for migraines. It literally changed my life as far as getting rid of my almost daily headaches. But, yes, there were side effects. They kind of suck. But for me, the ends justified the means, and they went away over time. 1. I felt very dopey. The medication's nickname is dopamax for a…

I eat 2 eggs almost every day as well. @jemhh I had a whole carton of double yolks last week too! Best scrambled eggs ever!

& @rileysowner I swear this was my first thought.
