Topamax did help me lose weight in the beginning, but that was in 2006, and it's not helping my migraines anymore. I did just get Botox last week (for migraines, from my neurologist) and have still gotten 3 migraines this week.

I say "that looks good on you". I love the baby analogy, totally appropriate.

My father in law refers to tramp stamps as "*kitten* tattoos" He still hasn't seen mine :D

I have a my pillow, it's pretty good, fluffy and easy to wash and dry. I personally like the foam pillows better. They conform to my neck and shoulders perfectly.

I went once, a woman at my nail salon. I didn't pay her, just gave her a ride home. She was frighteningly accurate, knowing things that there was no way she could have known about me. Totally freaked me out, in a good way. She changed my life. I'll never forget her.

5-6 days a week, but I'm cranky on my rest day. If you hate it, maybe you could find something you like better? I hated the regular gym, so I tried a women's only gym. I liked the company, but not the equipment. I started working out at home, but had to find the right programs, that I knew I would do faithfully. Once I…

If you look on Pinterest they have lists of legitimate work from home opportunities. Just be careful with what you click on or express interest in. I never even applied for anything and I've been getting emails and calls.

Seroquel is known to cause metabolic syndrome. I would eat 800/1000 calories a day and not lose a pound at 5'4 165 lbs. you literally gain weight looking at food. I'm still on it but as @harpstrings47 said, the keto diet is the first thing that's helped me lose anything.

If you're counting carbs, you have to decide if you're going to count "net carbs" which are carbs minus grams of fiber. I do count carbs, for medical reasons, but my dr told me net carbs can be sneaky and can add extra sugar alcohol to my diet that I don't want. If you want more food, eat up and don't worry about the net…

My mom is very similar. When I was heavy, she told me, often. When I lost weight, she mentioned the bulges from the loose skin. When I went for a tummy tuck, she told me it was a huge mistake. I will get a thigh lift at some point and she will criticize that too. It's not you, it's her. My TT made me so happy and proud to…

If you want to try different videos, go to the library and take out a few different ones to try. That's how I figured out what I liked, and who I liked, and then bought the ones I enjoyed.

I've created my own exercises for beachbody workouts like CIZE and used the calorie burn on my Fitbit.

The a/c and the shower running.

This. Some things aren't meant to be changed.

Mid 20s. I ate my way through a major depressive episode. Lost it when I started feeling better but have been struggling since.

I was having significant hair loss and it was my thyroid. I'm hypo, and was already on meds but needed an adjustment. Get some blood work done.

Shoprite brand is SO nasty. Totally worth paying extra for Boars Head.

There's something called the Johari window that you can ask others to describe you and see if it matches up to how you see yourself. http://kevan.org/johari

If I'm making a recipe, spices get logged. If I'm putting a bit of salt on something I don't log that. I wasn't logging my artificially sweetened zero calorie drinks till I realized how many carbs were in then, and I'm on a LCHF diet. That changed a lot for me. So now l log everything that has artificial sweetener.

I worked for a competitor of theirs. I've taken MBTI but can't remember my initials. My company didn't label people by their score. I've also done a lot with DiSC. I have an inspirational pattern with them. Very high I, high D, low S low C.

I just want to tell you all how awesome you are. I appreciate all of the feedback and can't wait to go food shopping tomorrow! I did start watching the Jason Fung Video, but obviously I can't do it all in one day. Thanks to everyone who took the time to look at my diary and give advice so nicely. Things are going to get…

Flourless chocolate cake with warm chocolate ganache from Salt Creek Grille that you have to order with your dinner because it takes that long to make. If you've had it, you'll understand.

@KnitOrMiss The snickers and honey are not regular things and I'm trying to cut back on apples and peanut butter. It's hard for me to go too long without food because if I get too hungry I get a migraine. Some days I only have coffee and don't eat breakfast till after 11, but I get a bit lightheaded and see spots when I…

Fresh produce yes, I live in NJ, the Garden State, lol. Farm stands everywhere. Meat dairy and eggs... They use local at our grocery store. I'll be going shopping in the next few days and getting all of these suggestions. I can't wait to try them!

Wow this is amazing advice @RalfLott @Karlotapp @Majcolorado @redimock It has been hard to go from the low/no fat weight watchers days where I lost 75 pounds 15 years ago. I was so successful with thAt. Moving to full fat foods has been hard for me. I will totally switch out the coffee creamer to full fat, I might move to…

@JTyler2016, yes, it is for medical reasons. I'm prediabetic and have metabolic syndrome brought on by medication. I'm also hypothyroid but on meds for that. @Panda_Poptarts I am glad to hear I'm not the only slow loser. It does get frustrating. I think I've recalculated the calories but I was eating my exercise calories…

So sorry to hear.

I confess this makes me very curious; and that I have my own secrets I'm not willing to confess as well.
