  • Every morning after the bathroom. The only other time I get weighed is at my dr every 3 months. Luckily our scales are in sync.
  • Went to my boyfriends on xmas eve with presents for him, his dogs and family. We were suppose to be going to his aunts for the holiday. I brought all the gifts into the garage (flat screen tv, personalized collars and leashes for the dogs etc) and walked into the house for him to say "I can't do this anymore, you have to…
  • I like Kens lite Honey Mustard as well but I mostly use olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Hells Angel Big f-ing liar 2nd one sums up a lot of the exes
  • I estimate as best as possible
  • I'm 5'4" and 46. I started at 194 and now 175. My happy weight was 135, but I'm exercising so much more now that I'm actually smaller at a heavier weight. I'd like to get to 125 and see if I can maintain there, but right now I'll be happy to get out of the 170s!
  • I'm a former WW member and leader. It worked for me 15 years ago but it didn't more recently as my body has changed. I like MFP for the Same reason l liked WW. The support. The camaraderie. MFP being free and available 24/7 is an added bonus. Learning that there are many different ways to lose weight has been eye opening…
  • I do it. There are a lot of good ones to listen to on Soundcloud.
  • My last 2 vacations I ate whatever I wanted. I gained about 5 pounds each time and lost them within the first week I was home. I tried to stay LCHF but I really lack self control in those environments. Luckily there's no more vacation till next year!

  • Mine isn't a spray, it's a powder that is applied with a brush.
  • My mom has always been obsessive about weight. Hers, mine, my sisters; anyone she comes in contact with, you can bet Darlswife's mom is silently judging them and deciding whether or not they should lose weight. When I was heavy (also from bipolar meds and a relationship breakup) i got the comments about being fat. She…
  • I just started trying dry shampoo and it definitely keeps my hair looking less greasy so I can go longer without washing. I'd use baby wipes when you get to work, the small hair dryer if your hair is wet, and the dry shampoo if it seems oily looking. You should be able to let your hair down after that.
  • Don't settle for just ok. Trust your gut. Don't get married to someone who makes you feel like that. Stick to blonde
  • The closet full of single digit sized clothes that I fit into 3 years ago. I'm not buying another wardrobe.
  • Yes you should measure everything. Once you know how many calories you are going to eat you can plan for the day. Look at serving sizes and then weigh your food to make sure you're on point. Especially with things like salad dressing where it is easy to go over.
  • I like the charge hr. It tracks my steps and keeps me walking. Since I've never had any other hrm, I don't know if it's any more or less accurate than another but it's consistent with my workouts. I also like how it tracks my sleep since I have sleep issues. It's easy to use and their customer service is great.
  • Boxed eggs, bacon, half n half, avocado, turkey, American cheese, ricotta cheese, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, lime juice, strawberries
  • Raising kids right!
  • I don't mind cleaning things that are dirty, like counters, floors, etc. what I hate is organizing, straightening up, uncluttering. Not my thing at all.
  • Pretty colors
  • I have bipolar, anxiety and PTSD. I'm sad to see how many people share this, as these are things I wouldn't wish on anyone. I do take meds, see a therapist and go to a group. I try to exercise daily and do one good thing for myself every day. @Louise1491 I also find that exercise does wonders for my mood and anxiety. I…

  • I am on a medication, that while it can make you hungry, even while on a vlcd, a medically monitored diet or a traditional CICO diet, could not lose weight and even gained. It causes metabolic syndrome. Only LCHF and exercise has helped me slowly lose.
  • I go to a medical program. I have a physician and a registered dietitian. I am not on medication other than thyroid meds. It was this dr that looked at all of my bloodwork, did a glucose tolerance test and determined I was prediabetic and started me on the low carb diet. After months of eating low fat and calorie counting…
  • I ate McDonald's yesterday for the first time in about 4 years. Totally gave in. Felt nauseous after but I won't eat it again for about 10 years now.
  • I hug my family and husband's family, and close friends who I don't see often. I don't like people who I don't know to hug me. When we were on vacation recently we met another couple whom we chatted with in the pool for several days. On the day they were leaving, the husband was saying goodbye to my husband, who offered…
  • Agree with the cauliflower. It is a very good mashed potato sub. I never thought I'd eat a pork rind. 80 calories and 0 carbs per servings with such a great crunch! My favorite treat is whipped chocolate ricotta. Ricotta cheese mixed with unsweetened cocoa powder and sweet nlow, blended, sometimes I add strawberries. It's…
  • It's a charge hr. It measures hr, steps, calories, sleep... I wear it 24/7 except for showering and while it's charging.
  • For me, Chinese food is comfort food when I'm sick. Probably because I can order it and have it delivered. Wonton soup for sure, I used to get cold sesame noodles and some dumplings; now my local place makes a chicken and shrimp dish that has become my "usual".
  • Yes, I am going to do the home version. They have various calendars, so typically I start with the easiest one and work my way through each one, or do that program and then an extra workout with it. Some of the Les Mills videos are only 30 minutes for the whole day so I'd definitely want to do another workout on top of…
