Thanks to everyone who helped. I lost more weight this week because my protein intake has been higher than my carbs! I also ate more veggies than usual. :)

So I tried to fix the problem by eating more so I wouldn't feel hungry. I changed my goal from losing two pounds a week to one. My calories went up by 500 per day. I thought this would be okay, but I gained weight instead. So I can't do the extra calories per day, I'll try the more proteins and veggies and less carbs way…

My calories are all over the place because that's the only way I lose weight. When I cheat, I lose. When I'm really strict, I don't lose. I have mine set at 2 lbs a week because I've already lost 39 lbs. I started 6 months ago.

My settings here is 2 pounds a week. Most weeks I don't go over at all and stay the same weight. But for the past few days I've been going over and I lost weight this past week. It's not really fluctuating. I don't gain, I either lose or stay the same. But still, it's weird.

@ninerbuff Right now it's 42.6%. If I got down to 120 lbs which would be 20% for my height, that may be too thin for my body type, I may look awkward. I was planning on having my goal weight be like 160.

Well I want to look sexy to men after I finish losing weight... I definitely don't want to date the douches who laughed at me when I was fat, but definitely someone I'm attracted to who finds me attractive. Right now though that's hard for me to achieve and that's part of the reason I'm losing weight.

Belvita bites! It's like eating cookies for breakfast and they keep me full for a while. No preparation needed and they are really good. Although it keeps me full for a while it doesn't last until lunch so maybe have some fruit with it :smile:

Thank you for providing the screenshots from the website version. I'm using the app on my phone. When I try to search for food only the food I have created shows up. I have no choice but to create food, because I'm cut off from the database it seems like.

I was told that you write down what you eat and the app is supposed to give you an estimated amount of calories, it asks if it was home cooked, etc but it doesn't.
