I'm in it for a lot of reasons. More confidence. My health. To look (and walk) sexy in heels. Not missing out on life. But #######1 is to be a mom. I am not sure losing weight will help but even adoption will be easier not being morbidly obese. Day 101 SW 367 CW 319.8 1st Goal 299 I've lost 47.2 and I am not turning back.

I took my car to the shop, and the guy who works on it ALWAYS moves my seat super close bc he's pretty short. When I got in it to drive home I didn't have to move the seat back to fit. I was able to get in w/o having to move the seat or the wheel.

Nothing of mine works for facebook. It always tells me I need to resync but it never works. I've given up.

5 turkey meatballs, the small ones from the frozen sections, 1/2 a cup of spaghetti sauce and a slice of mozzarella. Def not enough, less than 200 cals but I'm more of a snacker so breakfast and lunch are usually smaller.

I have always joked said I have some weird form of reverse fat that doesn't keep me warm. I always get cold. As much as I hear my fellow MFP posters complain about being cold makes me very worried for how cold I'll be as I continue to lose. :neutral:

Yes!! I made the mistake of ordering a few shirts and pants right at the beginning at my then size. 45lbs later and I'm throwing everything in the dryer hoping to get a little more life outta them. But I am down to one shirt and maybe one pair of jeans outta that order. And the jeans are pushing it. :neutral:

Being 100+ lbs over weight it is not painfree or effortless, but since losing 45lbs I've noticed that its a hell of a lot easier then it was. And it's getting better every day. I've had a co-worker point out that my walk is different now too. She said I don't wobble as much :smile: I knew exactly what she meant.

So many reasons... more confidence wear high heels w/o looking like a new born animal cute clothes But ultimately its to be a mom. Whether that happens naturally after losing some weight or we adopt, both will be "easier" not morbidly obese.

Unsweetened tea, crystal light, Mio. Those all count as water and help me get my water intake. I usually drink 2 16 oz bottles of "plain" water at work. Then the rest of my day is unsweetened tea or crystal light.

What I call Taco Chili. 1lb ground turkey, can of roasted diced tomatoes, can of black beans, can of corn, packet of taco seasoning. A little bit of water, (whatever the taco season suggest). Great job!! Giving up candy was one of my first steps too! What worked for me was taking a post it and writing No Candy? then under that I put M-T-W-Th-F-S-S and on the days I was successful I would circle that day and if I ate candy I would put an X. I also had a few others like no soda and no fast food. And I kept those…

Since for me its mostly after dinner/late nights when munchies hit, I keep popcorn, skinny cow ice cream, yogurt, applesauce, fiber one bars, fruit snacks and cereal in the house all the time. Then I can grab something when I go on the search for snacks. And I still track it.

Sugary kids cereal steamed veggies w/ a little butter egg sandwiches nutella and other dessert type spreads casseroles potatoes in all forms cheese bagels ...I could keep going. I really like food. Kinda the reason why I ended up here, lol. :)
