I dont know herbalife. But if you drink protein shake, that s fine for a replacement. But i wouldnt recommend any shakes having needless carbs in it. You better eat an apple or banana instead.

I have never had porridge with any nuts. I eat them before bed with cottage cheese. Don't you think the syrup has a bit of blank calories or is there any 0 calorie maple syrup?

You can lose weight as long as you get less calories than your limit. But if you dont fit enough protein, you might end up losing muscle instead of fat which is not what we want. Try mixing yoghurt and your favourite flavour protein powder and freeze it and eat it like ice cream ;)

When i crave at night, i eat yoghurt with someprotein powder. It tastes like mousse.

I use olive oil... even a spoon of it in my shakes. It helps protein work better in the body
