This sounds just like me! I was so motivated and lost a lot of weight, for me at least, and at the time I know it was hard but I remember it as being easy. I'm struggling so hard now with motivation! How are you finding motivation again after gaining some back? I've gained all of my weight back and it's so discouraging.

(I'm sure I'm going to catch crap from this.. but) GOOD JOB!!!! I'm about a week into using this site and I too love it and has done more for me than any other "diet" or program. Keep up the good work and stay positive, any amount of weekly loss is a huge accomplishment!!

Try adding yogurt to your diet, they have kinda for low or mom fat, low carb, sugar free, and just regular might well with you belly! Try changing up your routine for excersice, might be hitting a platue! Don't give up though, switch some things up and see what starts working for you again. You got this!
