I am 5' 1 and when I started in January I was 147! I am now 121 lbs, and 6 lbs from my goal. I do an hour of cardio atleast 4 times per week and count calories. It can be done!

I love love love to bake! Right there with you. I have learned what items not to bake as they are triggers for me and before you know it, I've eaten a whole pan on my own. Now, I bake mostly things that my teenagers like and I will just have one serving of.
