You already know you're not eating enough. 1200 is the minimum suggested for women, the MINIMUM. If you can't convince yourself easily to eat more, you need to see a doctor and talk about your food "fears". Your child deserves a healthy mom.

I quit 11 years ago after smoking for 23 years. I worked out as a smoker, and still work out as a non smoker. Guess what? It's MUCH easier now! Not to mention the pride of knowing that finally I am stronger than the cigarettes.
