I'm 5'4". Right now I'm at my heaviest weight outside of being pregnant. I have a medium frame so I'm shooting for 125-130

It sounds like with you working out 1200 is too low. Up your calorie intake. You need more food to fuel the muscle you're building.

I, unfortunately, have the habit of weighing myself everyday in the morning. I know I shouldn't do that but I can't really help myself. Obsession? Perhaps. But I'm going to start making weigh-in days on Friday mornings. Doing it everyday is just discouraging me.

Thank you. I'm 5'4". I set that myself because I'm not very active right now(I work a desk job). I've just started walking so I'll increase my calorie count after a couple of weeks.
