I have multivitamin gummies, and a calcium gummy that also has vitamin D. Vitamin D and calcium were highly suggested by my doctor and she told me that taking a multivitamin would be good as well.

Chocolate chip cookies and chocolate chip cookie dough. Also, M&Ms and Hershey Kisses. I find that those are the only things that can really cause a binge for me. I can eat other chocolate and sweets with no problem. Heck, I can even eat chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in moderation and be fine.

I personally only like the white cherry and orange Powerade Zero. Something about the mixed berry and fruit punch just doesn't taste good to me (I like the full calorie versions of those the best, however). It's really just about you trying and figuring out what you personally like!

Weight it all raw. Weigh it all cooked. Now you know that "x" amount of cooked chicken equals "x" amount of raw chicken and can do some math based on that and use the USDA raw chicken option in your diary.

Mozzarella sticks was one of the top 10 finalists for the Do Us A Flavor contest last year but it didn't make the top 3, so I found it weird they put these out. I bought them in March at a Hannaford. They're delicious. It's what a pizza chip should taste like in my opinion.

I tried the orange cream pop freeze some time around February and it tasted like a creamsicle. I enjoyed it! Definitely very sweet though.

I tried the blueberry Clio bar :s the texture is awful. I suppose it's probably like cheesecake but I don't like cheesecake and actively avoid it. And the taste is just stuck in my mouth. I don't think I'll like the 4 other flavors I have just because of the texture.

Sugar. Usually when I crave sugar it's ice cream or chocolate so I eat those. A liquid wouldn't keep me full so I avoid juices and sodas in order to use my calories on food that will keep me full.

The Market Basket s'mores bar isn't worth it. No marshmallow flavor or pieces. Extremely cheap chocolate, tastes like advent calendar chocolate. At least it basically got the graham part right. 1/10.

I went to Market Basket and was able to find all the Clio bar flavors. I also found Market Basket's limited edition s'mores chocolate bar!!!!! 50 cents each, 250 calories. Haven't tried them, but I will eat at least half of a bar tonight. The Clio bars will need to wait until I'm done with the s'mores bars. I still haven't…
