I put on about three kilos earlier this month but I've lost it all. I think I've replaced muscle with fat though :(

I lived in England for two and a half years. I adored some of the people there. Others not so much. The main person I had an issue with was actually Irish. I miss the UK :-(

Just asking out of curiosity, cause I usually start new from midnight, but it seems kind of weird, like the previous day hasn't finished. I feel like you should start tracking from breakfast onwards for the new day.

I walk for a few hours a day, but that only burns about 700 calories. I would recommend getting a pedometer and try to increase your activity in general. My friend has it. She has put on a lot of weight, but she eats a lot and heaps of the wrong things. Last time I hung out with her, she was able to run circles around me. She was a lot bigger than me but had a lot more energy and fitness. I hope you can find the answers you need. It must be tough :(

You probably shouldn't eat back all of your exercise calories (not sure if you are), because apparently MFP overestimates actual burn.
