What are the best flavours of tea? I think herbal tea smells delicious but tastes bad. I'm wondering if I should add some stevia to it? Generally, I just drink English breakfast with some milk.

I like weighing daily, I feel like I get immediate feedback and it motivates me to eat well and exercise for the rest of the day, it also allows me to see if I'm making progress during the week, and what foods make me bloat. Its probably better to weigh weekly though, its easy to get obsessed.

I would be scared about the majority of food going bad in my car from the heat or getting sticky hands from something like an apple, plus, I hate apples! I want to stop it, but I'm asking for the reasons behind this behavior and why I want to do it, and how to stop it. Maybe there is something else I genuinely need.
