I got hit with depression and anxiety last year. It took me 8 months to battle it. I was on meds and i ended up losing my interest in fitness, friends and had to take time off work. But I have got through it. So you guys are more than welcome to add me! Time to grow folks ☺

I've got a pair of reebok lifters and would recommend them. Definitely help with squats, cleans and all that good stuff!
