found out gallbadder backflowing into my stomach - on acid reflux meds for that for now. ontop of my constipation issues

started at 1500 cal at 220lb and 5'6'' at 20lbs lost went no loss so lowered to 1390 - weighing everything i can in grams and logging everything down 30lb found out gallbladder issue - not as easy with stomach issues. - trying to keep below 1390 unless i get exercise - cleaning house , gardening , walking using vivofit…

the more weight you loose the less calories your body will burn so the measurements will have to be more accurate. You will hit a plateau - then measurements will count more

yes i did use hummus in the wrap, i put it between the cheese and meat so i would not sog up my wrap-i used only 2 tbs not4, never corrected that.
