Should I try increasing my intake to 1900-2000 and see if it works? I do want to keep my metabolism high too.

I do want to make this a life time goal. I wanna be able to burn fat on a high number and every now and then, have a cheat meal. I don't mind it being slow, but I do wanna see if it works in the next 27 days (30 day experiment I'm trying). I am 5'2 (medium body frame), 20 years old, I don't weight myself anymore bc it…

I'm not overweight but I would like to burn the last unnecessary fat I have put on in the last year. And I tried multiple different calculators to help me but I'm still not sure and would like to hear it from other women who lost fat by eating more.

Lol, just a little extra cardio after over indulging. I would like to be able to get back into my routine but now I fear my ankles will ache. How can going 5 days away from the gym ruin my routine?
-
I just don't want to feel super weak where I struggle to do anything.

I just no I tried and failed at a few diets, the 1200 calorie, the low fat high carb, those just caused me to overeat or binge on more sugar and carbs. My goal is to suppress that and lose weight but I don't want to undereat. Plus all the low fat high carbs has caused me to always feel bloated.
-
Alright, I'll try it out. I'm very nervous about starting.

So if increase my sodium intake, it should help with the fatigue? Bc the worst feeling is feeling weak while trying to workout, even with enough calories and protein. I'm very nervous about this new diet but I really need to change my habits and so I can feel good about myself. I just spent 5 days straight eating whatever…

Will this make me want to cut workouts until I'm use to it or should I push myself to keep going? I usually do a 2 hour workout and I'm gonna start adding in strength training to tone up. What about multivitamins and coconut oil? Will those help?
-
Ok my hours vary actually. 5 days is 2 hours, Fridays at least 1 hour and Saturdays 3-4 hours. I do love to exercise on weekends because that's when I have the most energy when I'm not counting.
-
Yes I eat plain potato with salt and pepper, I weigh my food, I use Walden Farm products, and I just track what my treadmill says. I don't gain or lose weight but I feel like I do, but it could just be I'm always feeling bloated.

My diary is open if anyone wants to see my typical meals.

I'm 5'2, my weight fluctuates around 114-123 lbs, I track everything on weekdays, I been doing intense workout for about 4 years, 2 hours on an incline treadmill (38 incline at 3.8 mph which is very intense). I do track macros but I don't follow a IIFYM kind of diet because I would like to eat whatever I want but I do eat…

I suppose it's habit for me to be low fat. And I usually wait 2-3 hours after eating before a workout.
-
I tend to eat under 30 grams of fat but my average is 20 grams during week days but I don't count them on the weekends. The enzymes I'm taking are RainbowLight Advance Enzyme System. They seem to help me.

I haven't had a regular one since August of 2015, but back in December I finally got on 2 types of BC but they hurt me where my body aches all the time and I have no energy but after I stopped, I finally got a normal period but then it stopped. I go back to the doctor soon and she told me she will prescribe me with the…

So far I have been maintaining my weight and don't want to lose or gain but I hate always feeling bloated/fat and sluggish. I do go to the bathroom regularly everyday but I haven't had a period in a long time. Could it be my hormones?

I took 2 rest days, day after I felt good, second day wasn't so bad, but today, I ate a little more and then I didn't have such a fun workout. My legs felt very heavy but I pushed through it. I just feel like I have a slow digestion and I was getting worried my metabolism was slowing down because I haven't done any type of…

I also tend to eat low fat, high protein, fiber, and carbs. My net carbs vary between 120-200ish. Mostly 170-190 net.
-
I eat around 1400-1500 on weekdays but eat more on weekends
-
I'll start with drinking caffeine in the mornings again and see if that helps.
-
I'm a Virgin so that's not a possibility, my food apparently just sits in my stomach and takes forever to digest when it use to digest pretty quickly. I don't necessary so low carb because I do intense workouts on my treadmill everyday. I also try to stay away from caffeine because it keeps me up, unless that might work. I…

I honestly have no idea how much I'm really eating on my free days. I can tell it's less than how much I banked but that's ok. The diet week is hard but if I feel very hungry like I could binge, I would just eat a little extra that day. This last week was hard. I'm on day 2 after my free day. I usually feel better once I…

Ok this helps me a lot. Problem is I have no idea what my actually maintaince is because I'm very active. I do intense cardio now 90 minutes instead of 2 hours a day on my incliner treadmill.
-
I do usually eat more on weekends, usually just on Fridays (not all day). I tend to have a really big meal and a big dessert and that will be eat. I don't know how many calories unless I decide to count and weigh them, then I'll no. I might do that because I am curious. So even if I eat those 8000 deficit calories, I would…
-
I know I have cravings, so maybe I should try to eat what I crave and be satisfied so I don't overeat because that's my biggest worry. I'm just not sure if I should eat at maintenance or not count at all and just estimate.
-
Ok this helps. Thank you. So far it's making me lose my appetite and making me feel sick.
-
I'm not too stressed but these cheat days are giving me a hard time. I'll try the 1700-2000 a day and hopefully it works. It's just so hard to find a diet that works for me.
-
I no after my cheat day I workout for an extra hour and I haven't gained any weight, I stayed the same but for me it's so hard to stick to a diet. I'm only 117 but want to get back to 110 and maintain. I'm 20 and I workout 2 hours a day and 3 day after cheat day. I am tired of these cheat days but it seems so hard to stop…
