I'm 5'2, I weigh 135 (a year ago I was 114 which was the last time I weighed myself and now I feel disgusted in myself). My goal is to get back around that weight but it feels so hard to stay on a diet. I eat a lot of protein, fruits, and vegetables but my biggest issue is sugary carbs. I been eating whole foods to try to…

I track everything I consume. I weigh everything out when I'm trying to diet. I always stick to 1500 calories but now I'm not so sure

When is the best time to do strength training? In the morning, afternoon, or evening? Fast or have breakfast before strength training? What happens if u don't consume anything after the workout like if I did it before bed? I might as well ask same for cardio? I tend to do my cardio and not consume anything after until the…

A few more questions, what do I do with muscle pain recovery, do I rest and take a break off from cardio, or work through the pain? Should I go 3x a week like for an example, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday? Can a professional trainer give you a body check and give you the nutrition and information I need for strength…

I wanted to do strength training in the morning and cardio at night. Still not a good idea?
-
I'll try to fight through it. I just want things to get better, especially mentally.

All I know is that the nurse told me my results and I told her that my symptoms are getting worse and she said she will tell my dr and will get back to me. They didn't test my T3 or T4 although I wish they did.
-
They say I'm 1.8 and suggest taking a multivitamin.
-
Well they said my results are normal which I believe is BS...my symptoms are horrible and I feel like I have nowhere else to turn. I'm even more frustrated and depressed than ever.
-
My profile picture is me from last year...that's how I want to look again because everything I wore felt better and looser. Right now I feel so uncomfortable and heavy. I'm not overweight but I feel like it, especially in the thighs.

I don't like to make excuses that I can't lose weight, I never gave up on diets but I always ending up giving in to cravings or end up overeating. This week has been one of those weeks. Constantly hungry and craving all those foods high in carbs and sugar. If I have hypothyroidism and that means my metabolism has slowed…

Whenever I try to diet, I always get these intense cravings for carbs and sugar and sometimes end up giving in, if I don't give in, I'll most likely binge on them. I tend to low carb and tend to be a little strict with my diet because I just want the weight to come off but it's like no matter what I do, I gain, feel…

I also get these horrible eye lid twitches throughout the day, every now and then my eyes will look droopy.

I thought I was alone! My cellulite on my thighs are horrible. I'm terrified to weigh myself bc I feel like it will trigger something but I do so much cardio and tend to stick to a healthy diet but no matter what, the weight won't come off anymore. Not even "starving" works anymore. I feel and know I can gained 20-30 in…

I'm in love them with now! All the flavors are amazing. I'm asking like are they ok in replace of just drinking regular water. I'm just trying to cut back on artificial sweeteners for a bit because everyday I would only and always drink is still Splenda tea as my water source but starting to feel like all the Splenda is…

Is Sparkling ICE ok? I been drinking propel, sparkling ice brand water and a Kroger brand.
-
I wish I knew then what I know now not to use it like that but it is tasty lol.
-
It's the same as any non stick spray. All 0 calories which I know is not true now.
-
Unfortunately I do find it tasty as weird as that sounds. But the other night it really did make me sick even though I been consuming it for quit a while. I might start using it occasionally but right now I'll just use it as non stick stuff but it is hard to track or measure it because I have a different brand unless it's…

Just after realizing what I been actually consuming, I actually felt very sick and kinda guilty. I done this for at least 2 years and never got fat. I decided that I should stop using it the way I been doing after I got sick last night. I guess it just finally hit me like a ton of bricks after realizing what's and how much…

Vegetables, potatoes, chicken, fish, eggs, protein pancakes, fiber tortillas or bread, etc.
-
Well I'll try cutting it out and replace the flavor with just my seasonings. I believe I can manage.
-
So if I cut out the spray, I should lose weight slightly better? I try to avoid stuff like butter and oil and thought the spray would help
-
I'm surprised I'm not fat or anything from that stuff. Stuff is so good but now it's discouraging knowing that there are calories in that goodness.
-
I'm using like PAM or Clover Valley butter flavor
-
:( aww boo! That's discouraging...I love that stuff and trying to lose a little bit of weight and Im trying to make my diet less miserable.
-
I no longer weight myself but if I'm guessing I say 120-125ish.
-
Exactly! The question is, it is possible? I want it to help me in the long run so I can maintain a good physique and eat at a high number.
-
I don't want to lose 10 pounds in a month. I want to lose at least 10 pounds in at least 2 months but I'm more focused on fat loss than the number on the scale. A lot of calculators I used said my tdee was like 2300-2500 to maintain my weight. So I was assuming if I eating anything under 2300, I could lose weight even if…

I'm not looking for a specific number. Maybe a good 5-10 pounds in the next 27 days to two months. I'm more interested in losing a few inches off my thighs. I'm worried about fat loss and building muscle.
