I care about my health, and I no I take my diet and exercise to the extreme, but I also enjoy doing it. I just thought once a week it would b ok to overeat a little. It's not a binge if it's planned. I no onoccasions I eat from 2-5K calories and my weight stays the same since I go back to my healthy eating. I thought this…

What's the best thing I can do? I thought some people done something like this and maintained their weight or even lost weight.

I never heard of it. My typical day is eating tuna/egg white with fat free cheese on fiber low carb tortillas (eat between 2-5 bc they r under 130 calories each), unsweetened cashew milk, some vegetable mix with cheese and I add tuna or chicken, berries and yogurt, tuna and egg white salad (no dressing) and I might add…

I no it sounds bad, but it sounds like a reeat day.

It's actually hard for me to binge since my stomach is so small it can hardly hold that much, plus I exercise a lot and eat clean everyday and so far my weight has not changed and I'm happy about that.
-
It does, because my cheat day I had was basically all junk food and now I no longer crave any of it. Feels so much better. I eat clean everyday for months but every now and then I treated myself but was never satisfied but just after my cheat day, I felt better and felt like I could do it more often. It may seem like too…

I'm not a binge eater, I'm just asking has anyone ever had a very big cheat day like once a month is all. When I binged ate back then, I gained a lot bc I did it everyday but now I control my portions and calories.

I always struggled with my weight for years, first it was binge eating which lead me to gain lots of weight, then I got to a normal weight but still wasn't happy, 3 years later, I became anorexic, but now I'm at a weight I'm happy with and no longer starve myself but when I exercise, I eat 1500-2000 calories a day,…

I just know I work my butt off on my incliner for hours and constantly losing or staying the same and I'm petite too. Been exercising for 4 years on the same treadmill everyday and since I recovered from anorexia, I completely changed my diet and routine.
-
I never really eat over 4000, hardly 3000 but i know the competitors eat all those calories and they still stay fit, and it's typically once a month they have those massive cheat days.
-
I have an incliner treadmill and I'm basically hill climbing for 2.5+ hours a day and I believe I can handle another monthly food indulgence day like Christmas and thanksgiving. Since those r in different months, y not just have an indulgence day every month? Gotta live for once, cant restrict the rest of my life. I was…

It must be but my stomach feels and looks bigger. I just wasn't sure if a new workout does that (I did put on weight) or I'll continue to lose inches but have no idea. I also been eating a lot of broccoli and cereal all week and wasn't sure if that's the cause if it's bloating.
-
I went from 31 to 27-26 since I changed my diet in December but it hasn't changed. Up till recently, my stomach just feel bigger since I changed my incline.
-
Oh ok. That helps a lot. Thank u. I don't really need to be dieting but I eat at maintenance and the lowest I'll go is 1500 now but I burn more calories than maintenance alone.
-
I just no my goal is for a 24 inch waist, I got back into wearing my corset and its working and I still do my 2 hour cardio daily but my family are doing strength training along with cardio and I just don't no if I continue to do my cardio alone that would do it. Does it require cardio and strength training to lose the…
-
I just no intense cardio is easy for me, I upped my incline and I started a strength training DVD and I'm trying to do it everyday but I find it hard to stick with.

So just go back to my normal diet and exercise is the key?
-
For fast weight loss it gave me at least 1200. I learned the hard way from when I fasted in the pass. I'm very active, exercising on my treadmill for about 2 hours and then walking 3-5 laps around my neighborhood (1 lap is a mile). I just know that when I fasted, it slowed my metabolism and I gained weight and I don't want…

How bad is it to not eat for a solid 24 hours just for 1 time? I never really done it before but I feel like I could handle it

I'm guessing more butter, oil, sugar all the bad stuff. My salad is over 800 calories! For a salad with the lightest dressing and protein (shrimp). It use to be like 300 and I would even treat myself with a brownie which was 308. I use to eat Newks everyday and now I feel like I can't anymore because of the super high…
-
It's true...everything is higher in calories...my Newks obsession has now died down...
-
After being so hungry I binge ate at my grandparents. I only had 310 for lunch and today is my pawpaw's birthday and she made food, homemade cake and homemade peanut butter balls and I ate a lot of sugar. I hope it was under 2000
-
Why do they say it will be stored as fat? That can't be true right?
-
Or was that a bad idea?
-
I never understood why people say not to.
-
I emailed Nutritionix about the changes and they will let me know something.
-
Worth the shot. I know the info is still the same on other apps and online nutrition facts except for Nutritionix.
-
Newks or Nutritionix?
-
I'll probably stick to the Google Newks nutrition menu because in my opinion, Nutritonix doesn't make any since to me when they updated it. It's gotta be wrong because all the other nutrition info on other apps are the same as before. Nutritonix doubled the calories and it has to be wrong.
