Lol, yah, I just tell myself one slice of pizza is 1 thousand calories. xD

Absolutely, both studies and personal experiences can say absolutely yes. Beautiful people are treated better. I have this absolutely intoxicating friend who has this amazing affect on both men and women, and she just refuses to see that beauty marginalizes people. She thinks her experiences has nothing to do with her…

That's so weird, in my gym, I see everyone spraying the machines/towels. Also see people wiping their free weights after they are done (which I do as well). I do see the variation tho - spray machine, or spray the towel, but my gym people spray nonetheless. =)

Aww, how far have you come? How far do you have to go?

I think this response is very good - although I still consider a binge a massive surplus of food with the simultaneous frustrating lack of control; it's important to recognize what makes it a binge and what makes it over-eating.

No, I am not meeting the RDA on some days. You can call it "safe net", "RDA" - all general terms for a more or less same idea. Not gonna worry too much about it though. Thanks tho =D

But that's true, I can just have a few things that are very high in calories readily to go in the backpack - like individual packets of peanut/almond butter....or....or.... What are some very dense calorie "to-go" items I could carry?

It's not as rare as I'd like it to be. No, it's not that I don't like mah food, I do, i love it, but I'm a student in university and money is super tight so I do not buy anything "on-the-go", and only shop bulk in Costco for ALL my food. So I prepare everything. Some days, I wake up rushed, or worried about an exam that I…

Geeze louise. Two pregnancies and you kept it off! Congratulations!!!!! My mother had 4 kids, and she is so tiny and frail still. Although she kept her physique, she didn't keep muscles. I WISH I could push her to do a little bit of strength.

I used to binge, and my binges would total to an extra 5,000-7,000 calories. A binge for me could be an entire large pizza, cheesy bread, cinnamon sticks, chicken buffalo wins, 6-10 chocolate/candy bars, big bag of chips and cookies (usually chocolate coated cookies, or chip Ahoy loaded cookies) and lots of Starbucks…

For some people, that can really help them stay on track. I think it could be a good idea. But I feel like I need to be completely anonymous and discrete about my weight loss. Before I started MFP, I lost 10 pounds on just eating right (now, I'm going to try to incorporate an active lifestyle), but the 10lbs is somewhat…

I think you're probably right - it's because *most* of the time, I do over-eat. Thanks :)
-
Could be a good reason for another case, but If I'm fat though.... and I am, I must be eating *too* much anyway
-
Aww....I feel so bad for whoever that was....is she more-or-less happy though?

I mentioned that I don't get hungry on the days I eat "average"(1,200-1500 calories) and the days I over-eat as well (but on the days I over-eat, it makes sense I wouldn't feel hungry), but on the days where I miss-out on eating a meal, or the days when I eat "average", I STILL don't get the rumbling. Just the sensation of…

But under-cooked steak is so delicious =(

How long do you work out for? And what is your cardio? How much do you lift?
-
But I can't lift heavy...I mean I've TRIED and it was just embarrassing. Doing a dumbbell benchpress, I can only lift 12lbs pounds. During a dumbbell overhead shoulder press - barely 7lbs Seated row, I can only row 15lbs. These are not heavy lifting at all... it's quite embarrassing that everyone around me is able to bench…

All of you women who report loose skin, is this mostly because of giving birth or being over-weight, obese? How big do you suppose an over-weight person would weigh around to potentially end up with loose skin after weight loss?
-
I've just started...but isn't 20 pounds very quick? I seem to struggle to lose .5 pounds with a 1.200 net calorie consumption.
