I did that a lot. There were fast food trifecta days too. McD's breakfast, Taco Bell lunch, and Arby's dinner. Congrats. It's no small feat. You have my sympathy. I've taken a propane fireball to the face and a serious burn to the roof of my mouth. I'd take another fireball before the roof burn. Hair grows back and the…

Wow. How long did you put it in for? I guess the filling stuck to the roof and just kept on scalding. That sucks.

From the looks of it, you've come a long way from that.

"I carry it well" and "I like being big". Both of those might in fact still be on my profile page here. The second one's not complete BS, but it wasn't as true as I thought it was. The first one is just a flat out lie.

Wow dude. Nice job! Keep gettin at it!

I never fully get off of them. I limit myself to one 20 oz Mt Dew a day and drink lots of water. Excedrin with caffeine is always near by if I start getting a caffeine withdraw headache. It's probably not the best method, but it's working for me.

Sure thing. I don't know how interesting my food journal is though. Normally it's the same stuff, and I'm not sure if you can view the recipes I log in there. Anyone can feel free to add me as well.

Nice job. Way to get back on that horse. I really like seeing posts where people come back a year or two later and have had a lot of success. Thanks for updating it. Also, you're looking great!

That is impressive. You look phenomenal. Like a femme fatale. Especially in your profile pic.

When I'm feeling lazy, starving, and have no time I make microwaved chicken tacos. You just need the precooked, frozen chicken breast strips, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, taco sauce (I like taco bell sauce), chives, and small tortillas. Nuke the chicken throwing the tortillas you want on top of them for the last…

All of you ladies have done a fantastic job. Congrats on the rewards of all your hard work. Have a question for yall though. Many people who have lost a lot of weight say they feel cold all the time now. Is this true for yall? It seems to me that the extra muscle and resulting energy burn would help with that issue.

Once a year I believe I actually like it. Then, once it's too late, I'm reminded I only every really liked the whipped cream.

I'm only about a month into it, so I'm not able to enjoy the same things as you yet. So far I'm really enjoying tracking the calories. Maybe it's because I'm a numbers and trends person, but it's really fun to me. That and going down a couple belt notches is always exciting.

I read the first 30 pages or so (just until the same questions kept popping up), and I wanted to say thank you for doing this. I've learned quite a bit from your thread. Also, congrats on the phenomenal success you've had. It's very impressive.

Hey yall. I'm looking for some friends on this app as well. Anyone is welcome to add me. I have an open food journal, been logging for 30 straight days, and down 10 lbs as of last Sunday. Always happy to give support, and it's nice to get on the few days it's needed.

Monthly photos is a great idea. You're doing fantastic, and I can really see the progress. Keep it up!
