I have done P90x as well as insanity in the past. Insanity gave me better results when it came to weight loss. I am doing a hybrid version now which keeps things exciting because I am looking to lose a little weight and tone.

I asked because I’ve always been to insecure to actually allow men I’ve dated to really see that part of me. And I agree with some of the previous comments that the lack of confidence in my body is usually what ended the relationships or caused problems.
