I understand the nursing concern as i am tandem nursing my 2 yr old and 3 month old. So i set the the app to loose 1lb a week and im including my nursing in the app so i get more calories. So far my milk is just fine (its only been a week and a half since i started). And ive lost 4lbs (i know water weight but its a start)!

Make your best guess and try to find something similar. Something is better than adding nothing at all. Have you asked to see a nutrition menu? Even if its a hole in the wall place they might still have the calorie info

I dont use protein powder... 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of frozen cherries, either 1 packet of chocolate carnation or coco powder and agave, a handful of spinach, and a handful of ice. Blend for a couple of minutes....yummy

Also when i sprained my knee i was diagnosed with arthritis (most likely osteoarthritis) and my wrists and knees have been diagnosed with tendonitis (chronic since its been years). So im hoping to be in less pain when i loose the weight.

You can add me! I had my son in april and as of now i have around 70lbs to loose. Last week was my 1st week of getting serious about loosing the weight. As of today (fridays are my weight in) ive lost 4lbs (mostly water weight but its a start). I need all the motivation i can get!

I dont personally think 2 lbs a week is unrealistic. Thats my goal as of now. In the beginning it will seem "easy" but as you continue to lose weight your body may/will plateau. But as long as you have good support and are logging your food intake along with exercise you will have a higher success rate. And drink lots of…
