  • I'm so happy! Thanks to Day #1 of UAC, I DIDN'T have any ice cream and I DID dust off one of my Zumba DVDs and did 21 minutes worth! I'm starting slowly with the exercise because I've let myself get so out of shape, but I plan to increase a little every day! :) Calories: Under limit! Tracking: Yes!
