Being really strict on my calorie intake. Eating between 1,200 - 1,900 a day and also doing a juice fast once every couple weeks. Plus run/walking about 3 miles everyday. And doing push-ups crunches every evening.

I know most diet pills are scams and no magic pill will make you lose weight, but nothing over the counter even natural stuff helps boost metabolism?

I know there may be a bit of wiggle room with what I'm counting and what I'm actually eating but I don't see anyway that I'm eating nearly enough to gain all the weight back in one week.
