Just want to say Hi to everyone. So much reading to catch up and find out what you are all doing. Love reading all you posts, will have to make some time to catch up. JFT Contine drinking water. - Try to increase slowly. Drinking 1.5 bottles at the moment which is amazing for me as I prefer tea. Log all food. Try different meals- get my cook books out. JFT Keep logging food. Drink water -started drinking water in the new WW Infruition bottle that has a central container to add fresh fruit. I am definitely doing better using this. Keep moving. Use cross trainer - did 30 mins this morning. Aim to use twice a day. Eat more fruit and especially vegetables. Good Luck Everyone.

Another half pound weight loss at my weightwatchers meeting this morning. I struggle all the time but I will definitely get to my 10stone goal. Wishing everyone on this site all the best for moving towards their dreams also. Will catch up on all your posts shortly.

JFT Log all food - ok today. Drink water - drink tea and coffee but struggle with plain and fruit juice in water. Go for a walk. Cross Trainer. - did 25 mins earlier, try to do more later. Strength exercise. De-clutter - using 365 daily 15 minute missions plus using 52 Week Organised Home Challange.

Thank you Joan. Doctor said she has a high temperature, chest is clear but the doctor thinks it is the heart medication that is causing the fluid. Mums legs are very swollen but not infected, we are wirried because she is sleeping all the time and slurring a little. The doctor is giving her antibiotics and is chasing up…

JFT Mum came home from hospital last night, arrived this morning and she is really ill. Mum has a really loose cough, lots of fluid on her chest.
