  • Tonight we had dinner with friends of my husband who we haven't seen since New Year's. One of them told me twice how good I looked, sounding genuinely surprised. I felt a little awkward, but it was nice, too.

  • I feel ya. I have lost 12 lbs since January and my pants are looser, but I still have a hard time seeing where anything is getting smaller. I decided to take my measurements once a month to help me see where it's coming off. Good luck and keep at it!

  • Just realized I can slide my jeans off without unbuttoning them! Scale is moving in the wrong direction, but evidently my body is still changing.

  • I can close my post-surgery girdle all the way now! I can't work out very much, but by watching my diet I have made progress.
