seriously though drink more water, if you dont log your water consumption you should. That is the healthiest way to get rid of water weight.

Read the virgin diet ( I am not into fad diets) but hers makes sense. It's probably is the food you are eating, do you eat dairy? Dairy for me I have found is why I don't loose weight, my body (although I love it) does not like it. You can find her books in the library (dont buy it unless you love it), its a cleanse but…

I am also going to make a meal plan, I can totally relate. I think potatoes are magical, once I begin to eat one I cant stop :smile: Let me know what your meal plan looks like I would like to see how you plan it out. I am going to make one on Saturday for my Sunday shopping.
