I always go super low, like less than 20g NET carbs, but thats just me. If you are eating at a higher rate I would suggest dropping your intake by 10g of net carbs and then see how you feel after a week or two.

Eat spinach and more celery, both of those have massive amount of fiber and are low carb and yes adding more fat helps, but if you are truly doing low carb look at your potassium and magnesium levels too, supplementing your diet with those help.

I agree with Panda_Poptarts. I just started taking magnesium, and potassium supplements, as well as others... It has made a world of difference!

Chia seeds are great, so are leafy greens like spinach, I eat around 3 cups a day and it is only about 3-4 carbs not counting fiber

75% fat 20% protein 5% carbs I don't count total carbs, only net carbs because fiber lowers your insulin response (fiber is good), which is what you want :) I havent "lost" much weight yet because there has been a transfer of fat to muscle, which I am loving!

I hover right around 75-80% fat, butter, coconut oil, fatty fish, eggs... Its around 120g per day
