Okay. Yes, aspartame is a slight concern/red flag. Guess I will try one and see if I get any headaches or anything. Definitely won't make them a regular item on my daily diet or anything, though. I agree, regular water run through Britta is probably my best bet. Thanks for all the replies!!

I fixed it. My alloted calories are 1210, and I had the protein percentage set at 60%. I adjusted the amounts and it looks much more do-able!! Thanks, everyone!! x

Again, so appreciative of the replies, totally making sense now!! I agree, the numbers are ridiculously high. When I type in treadmill to enter into my exercise for the day, the only option that pops ups that I see to click is "Stair-treadmill ergometer, general" so I click that, and when I type in my minutes, say 40, it…
