I tend to lose weight much quicker is I reduce my sugar... Thank you all for the information... I have a garmin just didn't normal wear it being it was on my wrist and with my job sometime the steps are off but if it works I will just switch over to that.

I just bought a garmin and it says it is installed on mFP and connect says it is connect to MFP but I am not seeing that it is syncing
