I started my weight loss in early 2014, then side tracked, then started again in early 2015. My mom noticed when I lost my first 20 lbs I think, so I was at 176 lbs. I don't think I really saw much change until I was at 165 lbs. I'm at 145/146 lbs currently : ) Wanting to lose 10-15 more!

Burrito : ) Filling made out of rice (already prepared), onion, garlic, diced tomato, pinto beans, bell peppers and mushroom. Don't forget to add your favorite spices. Cooked on the stove for a good 15/20 minutes and yum!
