I have a 5-year-old and an almost 2-year-old. I usually work out at 5 in the morning. Also, the 5-year-old loves doing exercise videos with me.

I'm currently on Day 20 of the 27 Day Squat Challenge. I'll pick up in here where I leave off (100 squats). If starting at 50 or increases of 10 is too much for you, the 27 Day Squat Challenge starts at 10 squats and increases by 5, up to 100.

Did W3D1 on Saturday. I've been sick with a nasty sinus infection for the last week. W3D1 was much harder after that. I was still congested and had more difficulty with my breathing than usual. Not the best day. I went over my calories. I did do my ab work though. Haven't made it to the gym this week since I've been ill.

Goals: 1. Eat within calorie limits. 2. Log everything. 3. Finish W3 of C25K training. 4. Do one day of weight training. 5. Continue the 27 Day Squat challenge. Completed day 15 today.

Exactly! I said this same thing to my husband! Not to mention, if those wraps really work, why do you have to continue using them weekly?

This. Sums it up. In particular, setting out my clothes the night before helps. Anything to minimize excuses. I always eat something small before I work out. I need it. Usually English muffin/toast with some no-nut butter. Or a protein bar or shake. After you start morning workouts, you will love it. You have more energy…

I'm Cassie. I'm from Iowa. I've been trying to slowly lose weight all year. It's going very slowly, about .5 pound a week. I've also been adding in exercise. Currently doing C25K.

Week 2 finished! My son joined me for training today. Went slower than I previously had for him. Easily able to do the 90 seconds. Ready for week 3. Our first 5k is in April. I'll be running as much as I can.

I always increase my iron and protein during it. It's not uncommon to be anemic or borderline anemic during your TOM. If you are hungry, it could be because of lower iron.

I'm new to the group. I'm currently doing C25K. I'm signed up for two 5Ks so far.

Just joined the group. I finished W1D3 today. I was doing great with it. Instead of jogging 60 seconds, walking 90, I was jogging 90 seconds, walking 60. Jogged the last walk cycle too. Still working on my breathing. That's the hard part for me.
