Based on cals per cup in brands like Skinny pop (39 cals per cup), I'd say the 110 per 4.5 cups sounds right (assuming you are air popping or using extremely minimal oil).

Don't quit. I'm assuming that even if you aren't losing, more than likely you are still practicing better habits than you had before. I'm also assuming that if you are here, it's because you want to change something about yourself. If you quit now and go back, how will you feel a month from now? Hang in there.

I love soup. Brothy, tomato based...makes me no difference. I pretty much eat it all year all the time (weirdly enough, It's a staple in the summer). Food I hate? Okra. Bleh to that!
