New to this group, but not MFP. I am 43 with three grown children. My son is newly married and 21. I also have 19 year old twin daughters. I divorced in 2014, and since then, my weight has crept slowly to almost 20 extra pounds. Looking to get that weight off and run my first full marathon in November. I need all the help…
