Ok, I'll post the mid-week tally later on today (in 6 to 7 hours time), so if anyone has any steps/miles/minutes etc up to yesterday, pop them on the sheet, I'll add them on, and we'll see what part of glorious Great Britain we're currently walking through..

It was a gentler day for me. I didn't take too well to the heat, so had to wait until it was fairly late to go for a stroll. I ran around the house at 11pm just to get to 5000 steps!

Just a smidge over 4 miles yesterday. I wanted to hit 10,000 steps, but I was pooped by the end of the day, and just couldn't get there. Still, its progress.

Well, I didn't lose any weight this week, but I didn't gain any either, so I'm heading in the right direction again.

I'm about to upload my steps for the day. I fell short of what I wanted to do on Day One as, to be honest, I slept in until early afternoon after being out rather late last night at a friend's house, and maybe sampled one too many vodka and oranges! Tomorrow, I'll aim to do a little more.

I'm getting back on the 'good eating' wagon, slowly but surely. I've pre-prepped food for today. I had porridge for breakfast (187 cals), a 80 calorie salad for lunch, and have some yummy snacks of celery, red pepper slices, and an apple. For my 'treat', I have a 2-finger Kitkat (107 cals). Back again. Starting to get back on track again now, after a bad few weeks. I'm retraining myself to eat properly again (its so easy to forget the hard work you've put in!), and this weekend I have a nice long walk planned.
