  • As stated above no such thing as spot reduction. However I know a lot of people who got great results from deadlifts and squats as these are major core and compound engaging exercises. Either way eventually it will go :)
  • Depends on your body for me I found keeping my fats relative high and on the same level as my carbs say 40% and 40% allows me to gain weigh as me metabolism is annoyingly high. If yours is not I would fill the remaining calories with carbs

  • 100 moves? Sounds like a lot focus on building strength in compound movements squat, deadlift, over head press, bench. Lower reps higher weight more rest in between sets should help. There's always the magic drink pre workouts haha
